1. A Web ID cannot be shared among multiple people, but you may pay the registration fees for multiple people in a single bank transfer. To pay for multiple people together, please email the following to emccompo_finance（ａｔ）conferenceservice.jp in advance.
   1. List of participants' Web IDs
   2. Name used for the bank transfer
   3. Scheduled transfer date
2. The payment deadline for bank transfers is the same as the registration deadline. If the payment deadline passes, your registration will be automatically updated (changed). This is also stated on the invoice.

Registration Agency

Registration and fee collection are handled by Conference Service Inc. on behalf of the organizers. "Conference Service Inc." will appear on your credit card statement.

Cancellation Policy

September 25, 2026(Fri) 23:59 is the cancellation deadline. Cancellations are accepted until this date; please be sure to email emccompo_finance（ａｔ）conferenceservice.jp and include the Web ID you used when registering. Please note that bank transfer and payment processing fees are borne by the participant. September 26, 2026(Sat) 00:00 onward, cancellations cannot be accepted for any reason.

How to Register

1. Create a Web ID for this conference

2. Register using your Web ID

Use the Web ID you created to register. This ID cannot be shared among multiple people.

If you register first and pay by credit card later, close the page after completing registration. To pay by credit card later, enter your Web ID and password again from "Register or update your registration here" below. If you selected credit card payment during registration but have not yet completed payment, you can make the credit card payment from the Dashboard.

You can change your registration even after registering. Log in again from "Register or update your registration here" below to make changes. However, please note that you cannot change the fee category after paying the registration fee.

Registration Policy

• All registration fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY).
• Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, banquet, and lunch during the conference period.
• Payment details will be available through the online registration system.

Visa Information

Visa requirements and the average application processing time vary depending on the country of origin. Please explore the MOFA website for more information on obtaining a visa. Attendees who will require a visa may request a letter of invitation to support their visa application during the registration process. We can support getting VISA for the following people:

• Authors of EMC COMPO 2026
• Researchers and students in the related areas

Note that the visa support process starts only after completing registration and payment for the additional ticket. The price of the additional ticket is 5,000 JPY.

You can download your invoice, receipt, and invitation letter from the dashboard.

• After registration: you can download the invoice
• After the system recognizes your payment: you can download the receipt
