At least one author of each accepted paper must register in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

Registration Policy

Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author, the presentation can be onsite or online.
One full registration can cover only one paper.
All registration fees are in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, banquet, and lunch during the conference period.
Payment details will be available through the online registration system.

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be made after the registration deadline.

Visa Information

Visa requirements and the average application processing time vary depending on the country of origin. Please explore the MOFA website for more information on obtaining a visa. Attendees who will require a visa may request a letter of invitation to support their visa application during the registration process. We can support getting VISA for the following people:

Researchers and students in the related areas

Note that the visa support process starts only after completing registration and payment for the additional ticket. The price of the additional ticket is 5,000 JPY.

Edit your registration and Publish your Invoice, Receipt and Invitation Letter

If you would like to edit your registration after you have finished your registration, please click "Edit your registration". If you would like to get your invoice and/or receipt, you can get it to click "Invoice, Receipt, and Invitation letter". You can get your invoice after your registration data was sent to our server using our registration system. You can get your receipt and/or invitation letter after our registration system have recognized that you have completed your payment. This link will work until December 19th, 2025.
